Wychavon District Council (being a District Council for the purposes of Section 2 of the Local Government Act 1972) (“the Council”) is exercising its powers pursuant to the Wychavon District Council Off-Street Car Parks Order 2021 (as amended) (the Order) to Suspend a Parking Place.
Whereas the Council is satisfied that the suspension of the Parking Place should take place to allow Evesham Angling Show.
Now therefore the Council, pursuant to its said powers, hereby orders that on Saturday 24, Sunday 25 and Monday 26 August 2024 the Crown and Viaduct Meadow car parks will be suspended from that Order and will be used exclusively for the Evesham Angling Show, at which time charging will be at the discretion of the organisers.

The event organiser is reminded that they are responsible for the event in its entirety which will include implementing, managing and staffing the event.
This may include charging of vehicles to enter the event.
Access must be maintained for emergency service vehicles at all times.
